How does speaker detection decide who owns an action item?

Speaker detection separates voices in the recording into labeled speakers (Speaker 1, Speaker 2, up to 10). When someone says "I'll take care of the onboarding doc", the action item is tagged to that voice. Rename Speaker 2 to "Priya" once and the ownership propagates across the whole transcript.
